Christians know well several of the promises found in Isaiah 54 because the words are present in many songs and hymns that we sing. Three verses which are often quoted and often sung speak to the hope and confidence that can be found by all those who put their faith in the Lord.

The Student Life Office at Carey Theological College is responsible for serving all theological students. They are responsible for serving people who are just beginning to consider theological education all the way to those completing their graduate programs.
Dr. William Brackney, Carey’s Pioneer MacDonald Professor of Baptist Theology and Ethics, has been appointed to a two year term as Carey Theological College’s Interim Academic Dean, commencing March 1.

Carey Theological College is excited to announce a partnership with Prairie College (in Three Hills, AB) to offer an Integrated Bachelor of Ministry + Master of Divinity. This is a unique initiative, being the first inter-colligate partnership of its kind in Canada, equips students interested in Christian ministry with foundation knowledge and practical training to serve the church and the world.
It has been just over a year since Carey Theological College launched our Building Campaign to raise funds to construct a new 5-story residence on our campus at the University of British Columbia (UBC). In addition to the $6.6 M we have already raised, we are happy to announce that we have received pledge of $300,000 to match new donations.
Carey is committed to providing theological education to all corners of the world. This has been part of our DNA since we first began our first theological programs in the 80s. In this age of advanced technology, we are able to utilize tools of the virtual classroom to deliver content, promote discussion, provide mentorship, and build community.
We launched a Building Campaign in October of 2018 to raise funds in order to build a new Christian residence and ministry centre. With God’s grace, the generosity of many donors, and the wide support of the whole Carey community, we are grateful to announce that we have received $6.5 M towards the campaign thus far.
