Course Description
This core course will combine lecture, discussion and workshop experiences in order to encourage advanced students in the honing of their skills as practitioners of the art and ministry of Christian preaching. Basic principles in the theology and theory of homiletics will be reviewed but special attention will be given to the enhancement of communication skills and sermon delivery. In workshop experiences the relationship between substance and style, content and delivery will be explored.
