What is included?
Internet and utilities are included in residence fees. Limited parking is available for Student Residents at $440 per semester for indoor parking, subject to availability.
When do I pay?
The refundable security deposit and non-refundable deposit is due 10 days after you receive your acceptance. Once you have been accepted, monthly payments are due at the 1st of each month.
$50 late fee applies for all late payments.

When do I pay?
The non-refundable deposit is due 10 days after you receive your acceptance offer. Once you have been accepted, the damage deposit and payment for Term 1 is due the 1st day of August. Payment for Term 2 is due the 1st day of December for Dormitory residents. For apartment residents, the refundable security deposit and first month's fees are due on the May 1st and monthly fees thereafter.
