What brought you to Carey?

An alumni introduced to Carey when I felt called to be equipped.

What was your favourite aspect of your time at Carey?

Among the positive experiences, the life examples set by the professors are one highlight for me to treasure. The other would be the Cornerstone program which was so integrative that I was challenged to think theologically, biblically, historically and pastorally. I found it very character forming, nourishing and equipping for ministry.

What do you intend to do next?

I have just finished another course majoring in spiritual practices. My next step is to pursue Spiritual Direction training with the Soul Steam.

How has your degree helped you in your ministry?

Currently, I have been discipling believers through spiritual direction and spiritual formation practices while myself is receiving supervision from my spiritual director. I find the whole process very nourishing while the degree give me the credential to minister to those who desire God. It has been ceaselessly challenging me to cleave to God for illumination, counsel and guidance. In a nutshell, the degree paves me the path to grow in faith and develop a deeper relationship with God and others.
